The Gift of Christmas Nourishment
Every December, Heart to Heart Organization brings warmth and hope to families in need through our Christmas Food Sharing Program. In partnership with generous volunteers and donors, we distribute festive food baskets filled with nutritious essentials to vulnerable households in our communities. This heartfelt initiative goes beyond meals, it fosters unity, compassion, and the spirit of giving, ensuring that no family is left out during the holiday celebrations. It’s our way of sharing love, joy, and the true meaning of Christmas with those who need it most.
Over the years, the Christmas Food Sharing Program has touched thousands of lives across Kibera, Kawangware, and Rongai, bringing warmth, nourishment, and a sense of belonging to families who might otherwise go without during the festive season. Through the generosity of volunteers and supporters, we’ve not only delivered food baskets but also created lasting memories, strengthened community ties, and reminded many that they are seen, valued, and loved during one of the most meaningful times of the year.
