Changing Lives
Heart to Heart Children Organization is registered (Registered as a Community Based Organization) as a social service ministry in Kenya. It begun in 2006 with the aim of ending the cycle of poverty through community based multi-level holistic approach addressing the needs of the orphans and vulnerable children and those at risk of abuse, neglect or exploitation. We serve in the context of the Biblical words of James 1:27 (… to look after orphans and widows in their distress…)
Feeding Program
Our feeding program aims to provide nutritious meals daily, ensuring every child has access to food that supports their growth and development.
Education
Our education program supports students at both secondary and tertiary levels. The majority of our students are located in Kibera and Kawangware slums, respectively.

We are dedicated to identifying and nurturing the talents of children, ensuring they have the opportunity to discover and develop their unique abilities.
